Role Overview
As a waiter, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. As part of our team in Abu Dhabi, you'll work in an ONSITE environment where your attention to detail, customer focus, and positive attitude will help create memorable visits for every guest. This is a frontline role ensuring guest satisfaction and professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions regarding menu items and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction; address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle bill payments and process transactions as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations.
Must have requirements
- Proven experience as a waiter or in a customer-facing role in hospitality.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy periods.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- Eligibility to work in Abu Dhabi.
Nice to have requirements
- Knowledge of additional languages commonly spoken in Abu Dhabi.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Previous training in customer service.
