Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up shisha according to company standards and guest preferences.
- Serve shisha safely and professionally to guests.
- Ensure shisha equipment, pipes, bowls, and accessories are clean and properly maintained.
- Monitor and replace charcoal safely when required.
- Check shisha quality throughout service and make adjustments when necessary.
- Explain available flavors and assist guests with their selections.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shisha preparation and service area.
- Follow all company health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Coordinate with restaurant service staff regarding guest orders and requests.
- Monitor shisha supplies and inform the supervisor when stocks are running low.
- Handle equipment carefully and report any damaged or faulty items.
- Follow UAE regulations and company policies regarding shisha service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Shisha Man / Shisha Attendant is preferred.
- F&B, restaurant, café, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of shisha preparation and different flavors.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Friendly, presentable, and professional.
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
